If your company’s survival was at risk would you 'fake it until you make it’ or call in an expert for help?

Our Methods

There’s no such thing as a cookie-cutter disruption so we don’t believe in off the shelf, cookie-cutter solutions.

We provide bespoke, integrative, trauma-informed services to stabilize and support your organization in the immediate aftermath and as impact unfolds over time-even if the event occurred years ago.

On-site critical incidences leave ‘hot spots’ that typically go unrecognized and can be incrementally corrosive to progress. We’ll help identify those for you and provide recommendations for managing them.

Emergency Debriefing

We provide trauma informed debriefing following events that have disrupted the workplace or is considered a crisis by those impacted both directly and indirectly. Debriefing is not therapy. It’s about facilitating conversations to unpack what’s happened and help participants find language for what they’ve experienced.

Debriefing is effective not just in the immediate but at any point in the aftermath where there has been insufficient resolution of the event- even years later. Debriefing can be facilitated in group and one-on-one formats, onsite or virtually.

Strategic Advisement, Crisis Communication, Consulting & Training

"Knowledge itself is power", Sir Francis Bacon, 1597.

It is critical for those in HR and leadership positions to make decisions and craft policies based on accurate information resonant with the realities of how human beings respond and are affected by disruptive occurrences.

Your communication in these moments needs to be pitch perfect to hold the trust of your people and establish psychological safety for moving forward.

We provide trauma informed strategic advisement, consulting, psycho-social education and crisis communication training at all levels of an organization. Managers in particular can benefit greatly from our training that will reverberate across the organization.

Curriculums are based on preliminary assessment and tailored to the attendees, their roles and respective challenges. Training is facilitated in groups or one-on-one sessions.

Coaching

Coaching is used as an adjunct to training and professional skill development or as a stand alone support service for mental well-being following disruptive events or major transitions for both private and organizational clients.

Trauma informed practices are used with targeted goals discussed and agreed upon at the out set.

For organizational coaching, pre and post measurements are taken with reporting on learning, behavioral change, value brought to the organization and progress with performance disruptors.

Homework assignments provide continuity and development in between sessions and are reviewed during coaching. Coaching is virtual, delivered by Zoom or phone in group settings or 1:1.

Retreat Facilitation

A change in geography (physically or virtually) creates an intentional space for reflection, creation, healing and transformational change.

Retreats are particularly effective at closing empathy deficits, building community and social capital and allowing for safe and open dialogue that could not comfortably occur within the workspace or a venue where a disruptive event occurred.

Retreats are helpful for taking a positive 'time out' to decompress, constructively ventilate, discern, discover and rebuild.

We are seasoned at facilitating gatherings for sponsoring discussions on sensitive and consequential issues. We intentionally include reinforcements to combat the ‘forgetting factor’ so good work accomplished during the Retreat can continue.
